Tired of crowds and looking for a winter wilderness cabin retreat, but wanting something better than the 10th Division hut system? We offer a secluded (no other cabin rentals within a 35 mile radius), 3,500 sq. ft.4 bedroom/3.5 bath mountain home with: radiant in floor heat, full gourmet kitchen with propane BBQ grill, 2 ovens and pure filtered running waterand a washer & dryer & mud room.

Our location 1 hour SW of Steamboat Springs, CO provides a scenic setting for snowmobilers, Nordic/cross-country skiers and snowshoers of all abilities. Our miles of unplowed country roads and trails cross beautiful alpine clearings and pass through peaceful.. From November, until the weather warms up and the snow settles, snowmobilers, Nordic/back country skiers and snowshoers experience some of the best “wild” pure powder snow in North America.

Local clubs groom over 40 miles of the national scenic byway and maintain 178 miles of trails. The trail terra in varies from steep canyons and rugged mountains to gentle slopes and rolling hills with an abundance of open parks and meadows. Trail elevations range from 7,500-12.500 feet, with annual snowfalls between twenty to twenty-five feet.
